For the final assignment of my Watercolour module, we spent 3 weeks on this project. For the first week, we selected an area outside our classroom and did some sketches, and colour samples. In the second week, we continued with colour samples and confirmed the exact area for our final painting. And we finished the final painting in the third week!
In that three weeks we learned about the differences in perspective, how watercolour can highlight different textures of our surroundings, and the use of contrasting colours to lead our eyes to the focal point of the painting.
